Payment Information
A deposit equivalent to one night's stay is due to secure a reservation.  Upon receipt of deposit, a reservation confirmation including remaining balance and due date will be sent. The remaining balance is due ten (10) calendar days prior to the date of arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on record.  If a reservation is made within ten (10) days of arrival, the entire amount is due at the time of reservation.   

Cancellation Information
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival to receive a full refund.

-  Check in:  4:00 pm; Check out:  11:00 am
-  Two-night minimum stay
-  Cleaning Fee: $100 for stays up to 6 nights/$180 for stays of 7 or more
   nights are in addition to the rents and subject to WA State Lodging tax.
-  No smoking allowed (please note:  guests will be charged an additional
   cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found following departure). 
-  Regrettably, we are not able to accomodate pets
